I had to see the doctor urgently, but ended up waiting for about 20 minutes to be seen. I even waited for a nurse to give me the medicine I needed, but eventually decided to leave due to the long wait. I understand that the staff are busy and see many patients, but I felt a bit frustrated by the long wait and the treatment I received. I think the management at this location could improve to provide better care for patients.
