They are so rude! The lady at the front desk did not want to give me her name because she knows she was in the wrong. I got the names of Sarah and Jarret Yu and they are so unprofessional. They do not care for their patients here. I will be switching my clinic. They canceled my appointment without letting me know! I cleared my schedule for that day and time for apparently no reason.
Fui dos veces a pedir referidos para mi hombro y dos dedos de la misma mano y solo me dieron para el hombro estoy esperando por semanas que me den los referidos y a un no tengo respuesta I went twice to ask for referrals for my shoulder and two fingers of the same hand and they only gave me for the shoulder I’m waiting for weeks for them to give me the referrals and to a I have no answer
Muy buena clínica y las personas de enfrente, pero siempre e tenido una mala experiencia con la señora pelos güeros que saca sangre ella es muy rude muy mala persona de echo hoy le saco sangre a mi bebé y no le encontraba la vena y me lo estuvo picando muchas veces y todavía se enoja, no sabe aser su trabajo. Mil respetos para todos los doctores y las demás personas menos para esa mujer.
If i could have given negative stars, i would have done it. For the past 2 years. They give appointments at certain times. And they take you in 1 hour later. Especially if you are a patient of Karen Scurry. She had my wife sitting for up to 2 hours after her appointment.
Dr Park is the best physician I ever met since I came in US! He really cares about his patients!
