Use Lawn Tech primarily for Fall Core Aeration. They always accommodate my schedule and Sam is Great at communicating with me. Their techs are always friendly and professional.

I signed up for the four application weed and feed in the beginning of Summer. I should have known there was a problem when they never came to do the first application. I had to call them back they apologized and said they were so busy. I gave their number to my neighbor who called the next day that I signed up. They told her they were not taking any more customers because they were so busy. First application was finally done. Attempted to get in contact with management and was given excuses when I wasn’t pleased with the service provided. I was beyond surprised with lack of communication, the field techs do a good job, but the management is horrible!!

I have had a wonderful experience with a tech named Brian! He has come out to my home in Palos a few times already and seems like he genuinely cares for me and is relatable. I’m glad I chose this company and see my lawn being the envy of my block in the coming years!
