Attempted to get in contact with management and was given excuses when I wasn’t pleased with the service provided. I was beyond surprised with lack of communication, the field techs do a good job, but the management is horrible!!
I have had a wonderful experience with a tech named Brian! He has come out to my home in Palos a few times already and seems like he genuinely cares for me and is relatable. I’m glad I chose this company and see my lawn being the envy of my block in the coming years!
