Lawn Teacher, Jose Molina's crew, did a great job on getting a dead tree and a good portion of the stump down to ground level. They also trimmed my trees, cut, and edged my lawn. All this to show me their work at a reasonable price. I would hire them for bi-weekly maintenance if I didn't do the lawn cutting and edging myself (I may not later on in the summer). I needed a bushes to be cleared and Jose visited my house and quoted me sky rocketing charges of $1800. When I was about to keep the phone, he immediately changed his price to $700. He was not honest and was finding an opportunity to rip the customer. So beware of this.

I recently had the opportunity to request a quote from Jose for lawn mowing services. The quote provided was $120 for an estimated 20 minutes of work, which equates to an hourly rate of $360. This rate significantly exceeded my expectations for this type of service.
