The service was disappointing. Comes in very good at first but unreliable with his service especially in the winter.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company! The owner came across very professional and knowledgeable before the sales but immediately after receiving the initial payment, he dropped the ball on us and stopped servicing the account or even returning our calls. Sevice is very poor and lack of communication and follow up post sales is totally unacceptable! I am left with no choice but to fire him and start over with another firm!
