Great service and professionalism from Lawn Rain Sprinkler Systems! Highly recommend them!
Driving down love lane today at 2:30 PM, I stopped at a stop sign at durston and had to wait for cars that were there before me to turn. Your driver in your branded van made obscene gestures at me as I waited and followed the law for my turn. Completely unnecessary and rude for no reason, unsafe driving practices in a branded vehicle, bad for business and what a shame since I’m in need of services like yours… it’s 2025 maybe teach your techs some decorum and respect when driving branded vehicles. What a shame
Dale came today to turn on our sprinkler system and perform an overall inspection. He is very courteous, efficient and always let's us know when we need to replace items, as well as when everything is running smoothly. Today was an "everything is running smoothly" visit. Thank you Dale and team for your GREAT service!
Dale provided excellent customer service for our last minute winterization request. He was very knowledgeable and shared his expertise in a friendly and jovial manner. Lawn Rain is lucky to have guys like him. Highly recommend.
Ghosted by Lawn Rain. They came to look at a situation that needed repair. Told me it was a quieter time of year and they could probably do the work in the next few days, and said they would get back to me with an estimate. Never heard back from them. Left two voicemails, still never heard back.
