Dale provided excellent customer service for our last minute winterization request. He was very knowledgeable and shared his expertise in a friendly and jovial manner. Lawn Rain is lucky to have guys like him. Highly recommend.
Ghosted by Lawn Rain. They came to look at a situation that needed repair. Told me it was a quieter time of year and they could probably do the work in the next few days, and said they would get back to me with an estimate. Never heard back from them. Left two voicemails, still never heard back.
Lawn Rain Sprinklers performed a winterization of our system today. The technician, Ron I believe, was friendly, professional, and took the time to show us things we should know in the future to prevent problems. Very happy with their service.
