Horrible customer service!! I had an appointment that was made via email correspondence. The time slot that was then given to me was agreed upon by both parties. My husband delayed his work for the day to be there for the agreed appointment time. However, no one ever showed up and no one ever called to say they wouldn’t show up. Terrible experience. Rearranged my work morning to wait for a no call no show. Tried calling and left a message, finally got a call back 3 hours later saying it's "not their style" to call customers who they have appointments with. Never again.
Very bad communication did not reply on a timely manner to even set up a appointment. Then would not respond to me about a time or answer my questions theough email.
