I have YET to receive my fountain. Ordered it June 1 - promised by end of June - here it is July 17 and no fountain, no email responses and no phone connected! Yes that's right, their phone has been disconnected. They sure didn't delay charging my credit card though. Does not deserve even 1 star. Their customer service is awful. If I continue to get no response - I'm going after them and getting my $ back. DO NOT order from here.
It sucks I order an item back in November and still have not gotten it here it is Almost February have called and emailed several times and no one will get back to me. IF I COULD GIVE ----STARS I WOULD GIVE THEM -----10
Ordered a fountain from this company and after a short wait for production it was delivered to my door and was in great shape! I was very pleased with the craftsmanship put into the fountain and the customer service people were very helpful with any questions I had. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for statues or fountains!
