We do our best to make everyone happy. There was no pleasing Donna. She has left bad reviews for seal coating company's, restaurants, 4 lawn care company's, the dmv.
I highly recommend Justin and his team at Lawn Monster. Not only a great business owner, but great human. He does a lot for his community and does great work for his clients. I will say the Donna V who gave a negative review is a very childish woman. My fiance also owns a lawn care company and when he went to do her lawn, his equipment would not fit thru her gate, so he relayed that information to her and said he can do the front. We are also a neighbor of Donna’s and have had 0 issues or complaints about LawnMonster. Donna has been known to complain about local businesses in our area for several years and is always trying to get something for free. She has done this with many lawn services and a seal coating business as well, always trying to get something for free or a discount. Justin is always great to work with, his employees work very hard, and we are always appreciative of how well our lawn looks after they are all done.
Lawn Monster is just that ... a Monster. Owner Justin Dahl is a liar and is very deceptive. He gives you a price, his workers show up late, perform whatever they want, drag it out and then Justin charges you for incidentals - remove fence, took so long, however, he never did any of that. I got 3 messages on facebook that warned me of him but I like to give people a chance.. A chance he did not desearve. Do youself a favor and go with anybody but him. Had Lawn Monster blow out my irrigation system this fall. They came out same day and did a great job!! Highly recommend!
