I have been going to this office with Dr. Zamoksy for years. I missed one appointment because I started a new job and spoke with one of the nurses (In August) to inform them that I would let them know when I will be able to come in and schedule a day off for my yearly check up. They claim that they sent me multiple "letters and phone calls" after I didn't go when in reality they only called me once. Find care elsewhere. I have tried emailing through the app, left countless voicemails and appointment requests so that I could get an appointment for medication refills. I NEVER got a call back over a two month span. A true failure on the receptionist/office management. They do not care about patients or continuing care. I have since completely left Advocate and its subsidiaries. Trying to get a real person to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. I can't believe in this day & age why can't they answer the phone or even call you back when they ask you to leave a full detailed message 🤔 Old building walls are way to thin in the rooms front desk act like they are put out by you asking questions . Lab on site is only for PPO only worried about the bottom line one Doctor trys to sell you stuff from there product line lol. Very unprofessional front desk staff! Very short with patients and have hung up on patients. Doctors are good but horribly managed office!
Dr. Cooper is extremely knowledgable, a great listener and explains everything very thoroughly. Her bedside manner is a an A plus. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper.
