In all my years if going here not once have I gotten a return call from the nurse line.The Dr’s are great the office staff poor. They do answer the messages on livewell, but sometimes you need to talk to a person.
I love Dr. Moore! She is the best doctor and has cared for me the past 10 years. She listens to you, she writes down everything you inform her, she gives great feedback, and she will always check up on you after a surgery or major illness you may have. Jackie the nurse to good too, she will call you back when you request an appt. The only issue with the office, is the front desk. The women at the front are rude and will ignore you. I wish they would fire them and hire nicer employees. They will make you stand there and wait ... read more
Best Drs & staff!
I have been going to this office with Dr. Zamoksy for years. I missed one appointment because I started a new job and spoke with one of the nurses (In August) to inform them that I would let them know when I will be able to come in and schedule a day off for my yearly check up. They claim that they sent me multiple "letters and phone calls" after I didn't go when in reality they only called me once. This was the phone call where I informed them that I was fresh out of college and needed time to find when I can get PTO. They ... read more
