I love Dr. Moore! She is the best doctor and has cared for me the past 10 years. She listens to you, she writes down everything you inform her, she gives great feedback, and she will always check up on you after a surgery or major illness you may have. Jackie the nurse to good too, she will call you back when you request an appt. The only issue with the office, is the front desk. The women at the front are rude and will ignore you. Best Drs & staff!
I have been going to this office with Dr. Zamoksy for years. I missed one appointment because I started a new job and spoke with one of the nurses (In August) to inform them that I would let them know when I will be able to come in and schedule a day off for my yearly check up. They claim that they sent me multiple "letters and phone calls" after I didn't go when in reality they only called me once. This was the phone call where I informed them that I was fresh out of college and needed time to find when I can get PTO. They ... read more
Find care elsewhere. I have tried emailing through the app, left countless voicemails and appointment requests so that I could get an appointment for medication refills. I NEVER got a call back over a two month span. A true failure on the receptionist/office management. They do not care about patients or continuing care. I have since completely left Advocate and its subsidiaries. No wonder our health system is in the state it is in with facilities like this filled with people who clock in, play on their phone and don’t actua... read more
