Had to call more than once during the 2 seasons we had service with them to fix billing issues. Finally canceled when I was charged a “late fee” because they changed their system and no longer were charging my card. No warning, no call. So I canceled and went with another business. The person actually performing the service was great, but their billing department isn’t so I moved on.
