Not once did they do what they said they would do. They did not make one appointment.. that they set! No managers available to speak with to resolve. When job of simple leaf removal was started..they never finished and would not resolve.. But continue to send me emails asking for feedback but I have already done this feedback. What a nightmare.
We used ********* to find a lawn care company to cut our 2 acres of grass once. We had been on vacation for 2 weeks and our personal lawn tractor was in the showering serviced. This company rescheduled the appointment 4 times. Today a single guy with a non-commercial push mower is here to cut our 18" tall grass in 8 0 degree temperatures. Apparently this company would not give approval for this man to bring a helper or his commercial equipment. This is totally a safety concern, will take him 6-7 hours to complete at least.
