Terrible and overpriced. Charging nearly 300 dollars to bag and remove leaves from a small yard. Booked for the 5th, received a confirmation email the day before. The day of, I receive another email that they are short handed and will reschedule to the 8th. Receive a confirmation on the 7th and within several hours receive a new email stating that they are overbooked and will be rescheduling again for the 10th. Way overpriced. Terrible customer service. They were so rude when they came to my house that i cancelled the job before they started. I will never use this company again and advise everyone else to stay away from them.
Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I was quoted $190.00 for leaf collection and disposal. The company called back to say that the quote was invalid and that the true amount was $358.00 per visit. Stay far, far away from these people. Avoid them like the plague.
Definitely recommend looking elsewhere. They don’t show up and when they do they don’t do a half way decent job.
