DON'T BOTHER. Earlier this summer, I scheduled a weekly mow service. The first week was fine; the lawn pro did a great job. Week 2, I received an email stating the job was completed, but I returned home and found this wasn't the case. Week 3, nobody showed up, and I got an email stating that no lawn pros were available. After that, the job was rescheduled twice more, first due to family emergency, and then due to mechanical issues. I canceled with them, and mowed my own lawn for the rest of the summer. Cancelled service before it even began. Why? Not reliable. I scheduled my first service with this company only for them to arbitrarily cancel and reschedule the first appointment twice. It's unfortunate that I had to cancel because the prices seemed really reasonable, but reliability, in any service industry, is key.
