I'm very disappointed with my experience with Lawn Love. I ordered lawn service at the beginning of the week and was signed up to have it in 2 days. They emailed me that they had to reschedule to 1 day after the expected day which was a little frustrating but not too big of a deal. My experience with Lawn Love Lawn Care was amazing. I was in the middle of an incredibly stressful move, and they made my life so much easier. I called them on a Tuesday, and they were able to take care of me a day later. They sent me an email of when my lawn care professional was on his way, and updated me online with his status while he was there and once he left. One of the techs they sent out threw stuff on my AC unit and it got caught up in the fan and burnt it up. They did not bother to correct this problem. I was out of pocket almost $300. Not to mention the damage they did to my fence. Would not recommend.
