Perfect for me as an out of town landlord. Easy to set up, love the customer dashboard so i can easily check status. Went the extra mile to move debris from the yard. Great communication and flexibility when they couldn't access the property.
They've been out twice now, so far so good. Easy to get in touch with, priced well, and they seem to not miss appointments. They also do a pretty dang good job on the lawn!
They scheduled three different pros for my lawn, only one showed up, yet they charged me for 2. I paid $157 for a leaf cleanup which did not occur (I have no leaves to clean). They are essentially robbing me at the moment. I'm going to have to file a credit card dispute to get my money back.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not use this service!
