Great service, will recommend!
Did an awful job. When I requested a new lawn care provider, they sent another guy who wanted extra to mow because grass was too long. Grass was too long because last guy did awful job. When I called to complain was offered a "discount rate" to fix it that was still higher than my normal rate. This is the second time I used their service and eventually cancelled it due to some mess like this. Do not use. If there is a problem, you will NOT get a reasonable and satisfactory response.
UPDATE: Thank you for fixing the situation! Your customer service team was wonderful. My booking was supposed to be $35. I received a call saying that because my lawn was so overgrown it would be an extra $30. I accepted the extra charge for a total of $65 which I thought was too much but I really needed the lawn cut. After the service I was charged $130. I didn't agree to that but nothing was done when I reported it. My yard is very small and took less than an hour to cut. I will NEVER use this group again. Beware of scam.
Worst company on earth. Im filled a lawsuit against them. They kicked my off the platform because they make u wait 40 mins for a requote and im cutting 20 yards a day and at least 10 of them need requotes. So Once I called in complaining they cut my account off on my last yard of the day abd said your rating dropped from 4.0 to 3.8 . Dont waste your time with Lawn Hate(Lawn Love)
