Very reasonably priced but this service is very provided dependent. My first lawn pro showed up with very outdated equipment and did not do a very thorough job. He also would block my driveway and never communicated with me. Then one day I got a charge for “overgrown yard” in the heat of summer. My grass was nearly dead. I gave 4 starts because customer service was quickly able to pull up a photo, seeing that my lawn was not overgrown. Lawn Love is not to be trusted!! Do not believe any price deals they might propose. The landscapers who actually perform the hard work do a great job. It is the company that is untrustworthy. They make their money by SUBJECTIVELY charging additional fees for issues like "overgrown lawns." My lawn care professional never indicated having any trouble with my property. Unbelievably horrible. I would schedule and then they would find any excuse to cancel (random emails moving the date with no reason given, or one contractor canceled due to "bad weather" on a bright sunny day). Customer service was atrocious and constantly gave the run-around. Literally the worst lawn care!
Great communication. They all expectations and went above what we expected honestly! No fuss at all!
