They did a great job when they came out to my house to mow, wedge around sidewalk, and weedeated around the harder areas. However I never agreed for them to service my yard. I did call for for estimate. But never did I tell them to go ahead with their services. When they sent out an email for me to confirm, I didn’t respond and since I hadn’t responded they assumed I agreed to the proposed agreement. I immediately called and complained and cancelled my service. They still billed me for that service.
The lawn service sent to my home for the service was very approachable, courteous and meticulous. They did an excellent job and I went from cringing when I drove up to my home to feeling proud again!!
He did an excellent job, great communication on getting the job done.
