I believe that they are a very unreliable service.
Stay away from this company because it will waste your time. This is the 4th time they reschedule an appointment and they never show up. IU tried contacting the provider directly and they said they were coming only to find out they cancelled the appointment because they thought the trash will not fit in my trash bin. They didn't even bothered to call me. Worst company!
They wasted my time. Rescheduled twice then finally gave up and said they would not be able to service my lawn at all. The web site is slick, but they do not live up to the expectation. Do not recommend!
No show and didn't give me notice. Call multiple times and stated they work from sun up to sun down and someone will show. And wait all day and no one showed up. Wasted my time.
