We hired Lawn & Garden SVC (Misael Rojan) to do some yard work, clipping, sod, mulch, etc. on 11/10/14. He came twice for a total of maybe 4 hours and did little of what was in the proposal. He required us to pay $450 upfront of the $560 estimate. He quickly cashed the check but did very little work. We have been contacting him for 5 weeks to get him to come and do the work he was supposed to. Each time he says he is coming the next day but never shows up.
