Our 8 - 12 month old kitty cat got loose from our house. We finally found him on Christmas Day almost at the top of a pine tree 35-45 foot high in our neighbors back treeline. We tried all day, but nothing was coaxing this kitten down. Called Fitz at Lawn Dunne & Trees morning of 12/26. He was out within the hour. I’m disgusted with their communication skills. They came out April 19th and gave me an estimate on three trees. The guy said he’d be out within a week. It has now been two months of ignored phone calls and text messages and when he did answer he told me he’d get to it when he gets to it. No time or even estimated time on when he would come. I told him i wanted him to do the job so i didn’t want to go to someone else and take that away from his company. But It’s June 15th and no word of when he would show up or communicating ... read more
