Unfortunately, this is the worst lawn service I have used. The grass was not blown, there were chunks taken down to the dirt with the weed eater, overall the lawn looked awful. There was even a strip of the yard they missed with the mower. The owner, Austin, is not very professional and is unconcerned with making customers happy. No wonder they accept payments in advance only. My lawn looks fantastic! This company came when they said they would, they were very nice, hard working and professional! It is so hard these days to find a company that cares about customer service and does what they say when they say it! I had the hardest yard to cut, my husband tried and several other companies came out and tried. One company left in the middle of the job and didn't return (I'm sure my neighbors loved that). When I say this is a fantastic company, it is! I have just signed up for bi- weekly service.
