As a customer of over 1.5 years I am appalled at the lack of customer service I have NOT received from Lawn Doctor of Savannah. At the suggestion of Connie Hill I had them put in Zoyzia grass for over $2,000. I have had some issues in one area & have called numerous times to try & have someone come out & have a look. That was over 2 months ago. Connie Hill was supposed to call me back on 2 occasions & did NOT!! Started with fresh Kentucky Blue Grass, 3 years of service with two power seeds. I'm left with dirt and weeds.
Had lawn doctor for two years. My house was new construction with sod and both years they fertilized in very hot temperatures and burnt my lawn leaving big grassless patches both years and doing nothing to fix it. This year they fertilized newer sod when it was 95 degrees out. When calling to get the issue fixed they sent someone out who gave the same excuses as last year and tried selling me on an additional treatment. Very poor customer service and never had a resolution to fix what they ruined.
I had them treat me grass, spray my rocks for weeds and treat my trees. They charged several hundred dollars to do this and my grass looked terrible from all the weeds, my rocks constantly have weeds popping up( when I called they came back out and charged me more money to respray). Don't use this company unless you just like to waste your money. The only way they could improve their service would be for them to close. Erin doesn't have a customer service oriented bone in her body, nor thought in her head.
