I have used their service for almost 2 years. I still have weeds. This year I had aeration and seeding. Not all spots grew sprouts so I called them to have them come out and do a touch up - they tell me sure on my next service which is DECEMBER. I ask them who waters their lawn in December? So I paid for the service and did not get what I paid for. Finally fed up with their service and cancelled. I’d rather treat the weeds and do my own grass seed. Don’t waste your time or money - especially on grass seed.

Our services are always guaranteed. We had recommended a seeding multiple times to help push the weeds out of your lawn. This seeding was certainly going to help with those. We watch our seedings and fill in areas as needed in the late fall and springtime if we noticed some areas didn't fill in. My wife and I moved to Madison last year and signed up with Lawn Doctor for tree and shrub service as well as full lawn service that included a controlled kill of our yard and power seeding. In the first year of service we experienced multiple shrubs dying and cancelled that service, but the yard came in great, so we continued with them for that service this year. We hate that you were not satisfied with our services. The technician had made recommendations for the disease control program as well as core aeration and seeding. Several of our lawns do have to be seeded each year due to mother nature. Whether it's lots of shade, sloped areas, or due to disease. That is something that is out of our hands. Awe full, a season treatment and lawn full of weeds and on last application ripped up lawn with equipment we have weeds through our lawn and despite emailing them no action
Poor quality service. I had weeds in my lawn, that is why I contacted them to treat the lawn for weeds. But , instead of a improvement My lawn got more weeds. Ended up treating the lawn myself with much improvement. County extension office was so much more helpful with suggestions. My recommendations is not waste your money on poor quality service. The Rept. Was also very rude.
