I am beyond upset about my lawn. For those customers that got talked into a reseeding like us BEWARE!! I have used Lawn Doctor for seven years. Have been pleased and have recommended half a dozen neighbors BUT since Harold has taken over my lawn is a disgrace I believe he must be using low grade grass seed. I have nothing but weeds It went from a golf course to nothing but dead brown weed infested grass!!! This specific Lawn Doctor is horrible! I was a first time customer and paid for 4 months of lawn treatments. I only got serviced after I called and complained. I never heard from them again. I called on 8/1 to say please cancel my services and send me my refund check. (How can a company only refund you via check but allows you to pay via credit card? Seems a little SHADY!) My grass just don't look right, and they want me to spend more money with them to fix the problem. You can see where they just rode over my grass and left a brown Trail/tracks on my grass. I paid for bug spray and the guy didn't do my whole lawn. I wouldn't recommend, I had to cancel. Honestly my grass doesn't look good. And the bug spray didn't work bc their tech didn't do my whole lawn, I was at home And he was gone in 2 min! Stay away form this company! Its under new ownership

I would NOT recommend using this Lawn Dr. location for a variety of reasons. I had no issues with this location until they recently changed managers. This new manager, Harold, who is mentioned in other reviews, needs some serious people skills training. He was extremely rude and condescending to both me and my wife when we were trying to get our issue resolved. Two years in a row now our grass just dies in patches come July.
