My elderly sister had them for years. They just decided to do a core aeration without her permission and bill her for it. She never asked for it and never saw any plugs on her lawn. When she called them about it they insisted she ordered it and that she pay for it and hung up on her. A customer for years and that’s how they treated her. Now they are threatening her with collections.
Never prepay them for the services or you will keep chasing them to get the services completed. I had a good experience during the first year and the following year I prepaid for the summer services. But to the frustration I had to chase them for each service being done during the second year and they will never come out on time. You don't want to keep a tab when the services are due and when they should be coming out to perform the services. Safe yourself a headache and try out someone else.
Would never use this company. Received an estimate and never agreed or signed for moving forward with any treatment. Several weeks later I come home and their sign is in my yard with seeds. I called the office staff and the woman was very unprofessional and defensive on the phone. Definitely will not ever use this company and would not recommend South Jersey residents to deal with this company either.
Quoted almost double the price of the industry standard. Please do your homework before finalizing with this company. I learned my lesson the hard way.
