OK we absolutely had the worst lawn on the block last year. Harold Sr came to inspect the property and he said by next year the grass would look great and we would only have to water a couple Times a week. I was skeptical because we were watering DAILY and putting in the hard work by seeding etc. Well 2 powerseeds later and holy crap we now have the best lawn on the block. I wish I had a before pic. Signed up for 1 year service. After a year they kept coming and billed us never stating that it would auto-renew as we only were having it done for 1 season. Finally caught one of the text and refused service and I explained how it was impossible to get ahold of anyone there or have them call you back to cancel and the tech agreed. He said it was awful. Update: I reached out today, after reading the owners response. Harold answered the phone. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund or to have the applications reapplied. He stated I will not be getting a refund or “free services”. I asked to speak to whoever responded to the review or to someone willing to resolve my concerns. He said I could not talk to anyone else. Before hiring Lawn Doctor of Southern New Jersey, I specifically asked them to come out and assess my lawn because I wanted to be sure the treatment plan they quoted would address the extensive weeds I had. They came to my property, evaluated the lawn, and assured me the plan I purchased would eliminate all of my weeds. I though Lawn doctor was a reputable company. I've had to call company so many times. The girl I initially spoke I asked estimate on when the will be out because I have a small dog she says she didn't know then they come out next day. Also gave her my bank info for auto pay they didn't have that. They came 1st week of April 1st week of May called about 3 times about June never came in June.
