Just wanted to give a quick review and high five for my tech Caleb Burke today- he noticed I had had done some seeding and hadn't informed the office so he made sure to connect with me and review the service and alter it so as not to impact my new grass- he could have just followed the script but instead took initiative to ensure the right services were provided- why I use lawn dr, they care about my lawn like the crazy grass guy I am!
