Terrible Customer Service. Talked down to me on the phone the whole time while trying to cancel my service. I cancelled my service and they charged me two months extra despite my cancellation. No reimbursement despite attempts. Disappointed with this company. Will not be using them again.
I like it that Lawn Doctor has it all planned out for the lawn.
They send me to collection for 69$ claiming I missed a payment. 🤣 I made every payment to this lying trash money hungry company trash doctor. Be aware of this crooks
I called Bret to ask for a one-time mow on the house we are renting as we won’t be there for a few more weeks. He was able to be there the next day and was so nice and responsive and even sent pictures. Highly recommend!
