This franchise (McHenry) is greedy to the core! Gives new meaning to the word "greed"! Do not use, walk away! I live in Round Lake and went to the "Lawn Doctor" in Lake villa, which is only 10 minutes from my house, and had a great rapport with this company and the person (Robbie) that I dealt with! I reached out to this company via their website to get a quote on comprehensive lawn service. I have about two or 2.5 acres of lawn in the midst of many many acres of dense woods. I have lots of plantings/gardens and many hundred+ year old trees. I think it was worthy of someone coming out and looking at my unusual situation for an expensive contract. We have used Lawn Doctor for several years and have had good service and quality work with regards to putting down the necessary chemicals during the growing season.
I HAVE BEEN USING LAWN DOCTOR FOR THE LAST 8+ YEARS AND MY LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED SO BEAUTIFUL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE AND APPLICATIONS. A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! KEITH ZDEB
They keep their word and are quite timely. Prices vary year to year which is only reason I dropped a star. Our neighbors compliment the looks of our lawn every time they walk by.
