I can't speak higher about Lawn Doctor. The customer service is beyond exceptional - Sue and Amanda are so friendly and helpful, the technicians are amazing and efficient, and my lawn has never looked better. I would recommend Lawn Doctor to anyone with a pulse. Craig is the best person and loves what he does, it shows by how much he cares. I didn't expect to get such great service at such a reasonable price.
We hired Lawn Doctor for my parents, who are in their 80s, and after four services, the lawn looked worse than it did before they started. During each visit, someone was home and witnessed the technician make only one quick pass around the property before leaving. After the third visit, I complained and explicitly asked that they not return to the property. Despite this, another technician showed up and again made only two quick passes before leaving.
