Horrible service. Did top soiling, aeration and overseeding in consecutive years, still my lawn is the worst in the community. Showed the lawn pictures to others, all said that the lawn is underfed. They serviced my neighbors lawn as well, same situation. My colleague living in a different community also raised concern on their service. When I complained there was no real actions. I am surprised to find all 5 star ratings, which is suspicious.
I met with John Van der Veer from Lawn Doctor who was extremely knowledgeable about voles. He didn't promise me the moon or that they would be gone instantly, as we have a major issue with the voles. The price was very reasonable. We have also had our lawn aerated and seeded. After a lot of construction our lawn needed some TLC. It's starting to look better after the aeration and seeding. Will be renewing with them in 2026. I found the whole team at Lawn Doctor, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them!
I have tried other lawn services in the past. This is the first year with Lawn Doctor. They did a great job. Got rid of weeds others couldn’t. They were always there when they said they would be & if I needed a call back service it was done promptly. I have already signed up with them for 2026.
Amazing company to deal with and the customer service is great.
The service staff is always very informative, and knowledgeable.
