Watch for extra charges!! I approved every service that they did for my home since the inception of my account. One time they came out and I received an "extra" grub service. I recently got upset with Lawn Doctor, (Read on to see how they handled this situation perfectly.) for the past 2 years I would never receive a paper invoice after the service was performed. So I would wait for the statement to come and then I would pay. But by then, I would have some late charges applied. And I would be all upset because I didn't receive the invoice until this statement. I love lawn doctor! They keep my lawn looking good but also spray for things like mosquitos which makes the yard so much more enjoyable.
Our lawns had great improvement from the services we received from Lawn Doctor. Our daughter's lawn had the full service from the beginning of the summer until fall and it was a change from problematic to a lush green full lawn. Thank you for your services.
