The technician was very friendly and very thorough and careful. He made sure that he did exactly what I wanted done.
This company’s communication is pathetic. If a rock could talk it would probably have better communication. They gave me a quote and said “you have 5-7 business days before we will come out”. So I had some time to think on it and mow my lawn in prep. They came less than 48 hours later.I told them I need more heads up and they said “well we can only give one to two days notice”.
