Through Thumbtack they responded and solicited my business for cutting grass, edging and trimming bushes. They came out and I told them what I needed to be done ( yard maintenance) and we agreed on the price. I hired them. No word from them for weeks. I texted them and received apologies about misunderstanding me about when to start. I texted back( they don’t answer calls) to find out when they were coming.
