I hired them to rebuild my deck stairs and restain my deck. I should have paid more attention to the reviews of their deck services because I had the same issues. Thad is very responsive and arrives on time. He does not give written estimates, just a verbal price. Since nothing regarding the scope of work was written down he forgot some of the things I had asked for and then said they would cost more. Thad and his team did a great job building a new deck for us. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame specified. They were on time, efficient, and trustworthy. They did such a good job on the deck, we hired them to paint the house. They worked tirelessly on the project and did not stop until we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
Thad and his crew did a fantastic job rebuilding our deck! He also replaced siding, repaired fascia and completely power washed our home. He took time to make sure the job was done right. Always very polite, respectful and showed up exactly when he said he would. Highly recommend!
Really nice guy. Did a good job on deck repair from what I can tell. Hired for continuous lawn maintenance. Came for the first 2 months or so then all of sudden stopped coming. No notice or any communication to me. Had to find a new lawn care company.
This is a very professional, knowledgeable and attentive service. Pays attention to and gives ongoing guidance for newly surfacing needs. The proprietor is just a phone call away. It is also fairly priced. I fully recommend this group.
Thad is very personable and professional. He kept in contact all the time and when we mutually agreed that delaying the work due to the weather, he was quick to suggest the very next day. He and his crew were never wasting time; they were constantly on the go and cleared up a mess in just under 4 hours. It would have taken me 4 weeks! A definite hire again!
