This is the second year for the deck. I was having some issues with the expansion that I had them do. The decking was splitting and cupping really bad even though I had stained and sealed it each year. Last week I had enough. I ripped the deck boards off and found that the deck framing was sub-par. The floor joist were not 16" on center as requested, but were anywhere from 14" to 23" random, they were not level and all them were bowed. $50 was a little steep, however, they did a good job.
They do great work and are reasonably priced.
