I'm currently in the middle of relocating to Charlotte, NC. The leasing agency of my Charlotte rental home left me hanging when it came to taking care of the lawn until I arrived. Thad Bonapart, president, never hesitated to help me. He drove to the home and called my with a quote within 24hrs. The customer service exceeded my expectations.
He was late,but very knowledgeable and experienced
Thad provided what I thought was a very fair quote for the requested services. One of the services was to clear the land about a foot back from the perimeter of the yeard. Thad actually went back about five feet instead and did not charge any extra for it. He is very responsive and a super nice guy. I would definitely do business with him again.
Thad, the owner, was punctual and very professional when we met for the first time. He listened well as we discussed my needs and he followed up after the service. A great person and you will not be disappointed. I have done my own yard for over 40 years and I am very meticulous. Lawn Care and Deck Repair did an outstanding job!!
Review by Sam S. in Matthews, NC. May 21, 2015. Mr. Thad Bonapart responded with a quote within one day. Scheduled the work for two weeks later. Arrived on time. He and his crew were very efficient. He powered wash the deck, replaced some boards, including replacing all four steps. They also placed a lattice around the bottom of the deck. They stained the lattice and deck. They did a great job. Looks like new. I would recommend them for the job. Mr. Bonapart was very pleasant to work with. Thanks!
Great overall job. He and his crew were very hardworking, paid attention to detailsIn addition to the lawn work, they also pressure washed my house, 2 decks and the garage and also replaced parts of a deck in the back yard. All were very courteous and prompt. They will be maintaining the yard in the future.
As I moved from out west, he filled me in on different grasses, watering routines, use of lime and critters in the area. Came when he said he would be here. Just waiting for where I fit into his schedule.
Very trustworthy and prompt. Both are huge for me.
