Sullivan Lawn Care never answers the phone and only once have they ever returned our call when we left a voice message. We had to change an appointment for winter shut down service and left a voice message. The call was never returned and it was lucky we got home from our other appointment in time to let them in the house to turn off the water. Not sure what is up with this company. My lawn mower broke this week. I figured I would just find a company to start mowing it for me. They spend all that time putting flyers on people's doors but they never answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls when you leave a message. This leads me to believe they would provide poor service if you hire them.
