What I like most about (Lawn Buddies) is how easy they make everything. I get updates before the service, I don’t have to be home, and everything is taken care of. No chasing people down or wondering when they’re coming. Very convenient and easy company to work with.
Really great experience with lawn buddies. The team has been professionally, reliable, and easy to communicate with from the beginning. They explain what they’re going they are doing and don’t make you feel like they’re constantly trying to sell you something. I have definitely noticed an improvement in our lawn since starting the service. It looks healthier, greener, and much better. Overall, I would definitely recommend lawn buddies to anyone looking for reliable lawn care.
I recently left my lawn service (who rarely showed up) to try Lawn Buddies. I got a quote for my back lawn immediately and signed up for aeration and seeding after speaking with Sandra. The prep instructions were simple enough and the rep came around one week later. Looking forward to a less patchy, greener lawn by next season. Thanks Lawn Buddies!
Horrible horrible. First and foremost they even admitted the pay system site doesn’t work well and they will get rid of it for another, so the several texts and emails that you get saying your appt will be cancelled is real. I called 24 hrs before the scheduled date of service and I informed them that I WILL be home anytime after 10:45 am. I called that same day and informed them of the same message of when I’ll be home (urgent care). They reassured me that they WILL contact the driver. I am a new client and saw their ad on Facebook. They came on time and the service was good. I appreciate all the communication from them regarding informing me about they are coming and what to prep. I would recommend them to everyone. They won a customer for life.
