We used Lawn Buddies because we've seen an overwhelming amount of ticks this year, and I saw a great deal for their lawn treatment on Facebook. They are super easy to deal with, incredibly responsive through text, and when I told them I was seeing a lot of mosquitoes after a rain and wanted to schedule another treatment, they completely unprompted offered to come out and spray again for free. We're doing a full yard reset this year and they've definitely earned our business for future upkeep. This is customer service 100%.

I have to say that lawn buddy’s services are the best in the business. I used a large national company for years and never got the lawn I was looking for. But lawn buddy’s have given me a lawn I never thought I could have. Also I used them for mosquitoes and ticks and I never have any problems. Also there techs that service my property are the best . I can say enough good things about lawn Buddys

We were very excited to try our lawn buddies but they never showed up to service our lawn and we still got charged. Thankfully we have cameras! Who knows how long this could have gone on (charging without service). Days went by and when we called to ask why we were charged but not serviced, they couldn’t give an answer. Despite the good reviews, our impression of this company went sour very quickly.

I’ve been a customer for over two years, and I truly can’t say enough about the team! From the customer service to the technicians, everyone was fantastic—so friendly and easy to talk to. It’s a breath of fresh air to work with a company that’s honest and focused on making you happy, not just making a quick buck. The team is amazing, and I’m always impressed with their work.
