I used Lawn Buddies for 3 visits. 1st visit didn't get charged the promo price $19.95 after calling issue resolved and tech was ok didn't really address my lawn problems. 2nd visit excellent would have kept them if all visits were like this got charged correctly, and tech was awesome addressed the problems with my lawn and took his time. 3rd visit was horrible got charged double visit without notifying me first and tech was horrible as well rushing out of there notified Lawn buddies about that. I was honestly skeptical at first, but really delivered. They showed up on time and were friendly. Their messaging system is amazing. I will definitely be sticking with them.
Absolutely recommend Lawn Buddies! We signed up for mosquito treatment and the results were noticeable almost immediately. The tech showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and was super professional. It’s been such a relief to enjoy our backyard without constantly swatting bugs. The fact that the first treatment was free was a huge bonus. Great local company. Glad we found them!
I would give zero stars if I could. I hired this company with one clear and simple request: Do not spray chemicals near my animals or my vegetable garden. Not only was that ignored, but I have video proof of them spraying chemicals directly next to both — despite being told not to. This is beyond careless. It’s a violation of trust and basic safety.
