Total Scam! Don't waste your money on this website. I placed an order on 9/13/21 for a tail cap switch. 10 days later I realized I haven't heard anything from this company. No tracking info or anything. So I sent an email, nothing. I called, no one to speak to. I checked my credit card and it was charged for the full amount on the 14th. I am a police officer and was told about the great prices on pistols at Lawmen's. I made contact, established the pistol was in stock. Purchased with credit card and it arrived at my FFL within 5 days. Very happy with price and the speed of delivery.
Quit this company because they don't care about their employees, Read customer reviews and shop elsewhere.
fluctuating prices, unfulfilled web orders, passing the buck on customer service, clowns running the place. Reported to BBB who told me they have 24 complaints in this past year.
inept management, zero interest in customer service, Facebook not updated in 10 months. Is this a legitimate business?
This company is a joke. Their website says items are in stock when they are not. The ship the wrong product after long wait. Customer service does not answer. I have waited for months for a refund after shipping back the wrong product that they sent me. GO anywhere but here!!
Ordered 2 boxes of ammo for 76 bucks federal HST 9MM 147GR . But apparently it was sold out. Read the terms and conditions after I purchased saying it will let you order back ordered products. So my fault for not reading before hand. But I called over and customer service never answers. So I called sales and Emily always answers and she got me refunded. Ordered ammo on the 12th. Here it is 23rd and still awaiting fulfillment for an order that was supposedly in stock. 2 emails no reply. Charged my card 9 days ago. Will never order from them again! Dont waste your time or money!
If I could give a 0, I would. I really wish I had red the reviews before wasting my time with this company. I had a $750.00 order to make, you would think they would want my money. I received the quote no problem. Then I received a run around because I am tax exempt. I finally got that done after 2 days and being told by customer service to call an extension that is not a good number. I call the lady that did my quote. She offered to take my order.
