My new car purchase at Hatch Toyota Stateline was as smooth as glass, thanks to Eddie Munoz. I found my ideal car, Eddie located it and followed it on the boat, truck, to the dealership. He held my hand through the entire process. You should see the messages. Where he found out pickup would be hard, I injured my kne and shoulder, he offered delivery! Folks, there are not superlatives, this is a 4 hour drive! I'm grateful for such awesome service.
May 2026 Spent $1100 in parts $900 in labor total 2000 to get my a/c fixed. after still blowing hot I asked the manager for a refund for the labor he said no unless I let them try to fix it for free. I let them try to fix it 4 different times, Each time Refill with u.v dye Freon, say it’s working 2 days later I call to say it’s not, wait a week for my appointment rinse and repeat. seemed like everytime I went back they did the minimum without trying to find the Freon leak that’s clearly there.
