I recently took my car to Ed Morse Nissan in Sierra Vista, AZ for an air filter replacement. As part of their express service, they conducted a multi-point inspection and told me that the lower control arms were bad and causing tire damage. They recommended immediate replacement, quoting me $1,230.57 for the control arms and $671 for new tires. Unfortunately we cannot show this customer that their lower control arms were faulty because they have already replaced them. You can only see the worn control arm bushings while its up in the air on a lift and the weight of the tire/suspension drops down exposing bushing cracks or tears. In hindsight, we should have visually shown her this concern while the vehicle was in the air, or at least photographs depicting it. We have lived in SV since ****, and of course been a frequent customer at the ********************** Shop. Not only for New Vehicle Purchases, but servicing for of all our vehicles (Two Nissans Trucks and a 4Runner). Canceled external warranty purchase with ****** over month and half ago and still haven't received refund. Lawleynissan sold the warranty and should return the money but haven't. An example of the dishonest that goes on at lawleynissan. ***** lied about butting tint on the car, even filled out papers stating lawley owing me tint. Also sells **** alarm system for $999 and never installed just get the round round. Refusing for a refund claiming its install . All lawleynissan is about lying.

We can assure you that the extended warranty has been cancelled and the check has been mailed to his lienholder as is required when there is a loan on the vehicle; this process does in fact take several weeks from start to finish and we make every effort to set our customer's expectations going into it. After taking my Nissan Altima to get the ** and a leaking tire checked I was told the ** was leaking due to damage from an accident and the tire tread was too low to patch. Ultimately I had to pay over $900 just for the ** repair and declined the new tires they were trying to sell me. The car was in an accident before I bought it from Lawley Dodge about a year and a half ago but it has not been in an accident since. If the leak was due to preexisting damage then that means they sold it to me without it being fixed properly. ... read more

I moved out of SV back in ********************************************************* Every time I'm told it will be annotated in my file that a) don't live in SV, b) I won't purchase a Nissan again, and c) I sure as h*** wouldn't trust Lawley for ANYTHING.!!! Why you ask? Because I'm lucky the pin holding up my engine that you took out and didn't replace collapsed my engine block only in the middle of an intersection to get on the highway rather than in the middle of the highway.
