She is AMAZING!! Spent a ton of time explaining and making us feel so comfortable about our daughters care!!! She has a calming nature about her!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!!

The customer service staff is rude and has no urgency. It takes up to 2 weeks for a response. I inquired about a prescription and was told they would get back to me. Meanwhile they sent it to the pharmacy without my knowledge after calling to see what happened another 2 weeks later. No record of what pharmacy it was sent. Representative hangs up on me because I asked if I would have to wait another 2 weeks to find out what pharmacy. The doctor seems great, the customer service is awful!!!

Dr. Lawley has treated my son for years, and she has been wonderful. She always is up to date on the latest research and has been very accommodating to our needs.

I was displeased with the service received by this office. It takes two months to get an appointment with Dr Lawley. Her office then calls The day of my appointment and 3 hours prior to my appointment time to cancel and reschedule due to an emergency the doctor had. They had no accommodating date to see the doctor until sometime in January, (It’s December 3rd)! but wanted to fit me in to see a nurse practitioner, of course charging the same rate as if I were seeing the doctor.
