Had an incident with one of their drivers back on July 16th, the driver was driving a big red dually truck with "Lawless roofing" logos on the side and was tailgating me (following way tooo close) all the way through downtown medford where the speed limits have been reduced to 20 MPH, he almost hit the back end of my car several times because he was following to closely and we were in the mix of morning traffic on a Wednesday morning. Around New Years, when we were getting lots of rain, I noticed that the roof in our garage was leaking. Not knowing who to call, I just looked up "Roofers" on Google maps and after a couple of calls, a "No answer", and someone who acted as if I was bothering them, I called Lawless. We had water damage caused from rain, its been a long long winter so the leak ended up damage to the inside of the house. Lawless became a part of the situation when they came to tarp the roof while the water damage company got things under control and dried the inside of the house. I had the chance then to talk with them about the future repairs and that they could fix the roof and repair the post to the pergola/Awning part of the roof. The repairs are now done. Above and beyond from the first phone call to the finished project, this terrific team came through for us in a real pinch. A small-ish job could have easily been dismissed as it was by other contractors. The finished new roof is very nicely done and was completed in a timely manner.
