2026 Update... we're back for renewal and got the same responsive, efficient service second time 'round from Sherri and Kendra. Thanks Ladies! Krista was recommended to our son who is buying his first home. She took the time to explain the ins and outs to him and work with us to find the right mix of money down / cash flow and financing to make it work. Sherry, at Lawless Brown, was fantastic in helping us navigate our loan. She sussed out which was better, a line of credit or mortgage, and then negotiated on our behalf for the best rate. Months later she notified us (as she said she would) when the rates had improved enough to switch. We would definitely go back to her for advice and use of her services.
