Unfortunately, we did not get the service we expected. After trying to find a solution to my generator not working, the company brushed it off and told us we would have to wait until next week (today is Monday). Keep in mind, I signed up for their yearly program to avoid situations like these. In addition, the service manager was condescending and rude. I’m guessing they make lots of money, they don’t care about losing a customer. I canceled my yearly membership.
Have been a customer since 1983. They know exactly when to deliver. Offers equal payment plans for budgeting. In an emergency (furnace won't turn on) they are there very quickly. Just a great company all around.
Connor and Corey from Lawes Home Comfort Specialist were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job servicing our HVAC System. Highly recommend Lawes and Team to all.
