We had a great experience using Lawes for a new air-conditioning installation. They were easy to work with, quick to schedule, and offered very fair pricing for great equipment. The installers were very nice and respectful and did a great job! We look forward to using Lawes again in the future.
We got 3 AC units installed in our old home, James provided some of the best project management and communication we've ever had, it was genuine and honest, and a true commitment to having us have the best situation for our home and looking out for our best interest. The install was on time with tight communication throughout addressing all of our needs and concerns. Couldn't recommend Lawes enough!

We hired Lawes to install a brand new 2 zone HVAC system, switching from oil to natural gas and adding an attic furnace. James and the entire Lawes team were outstanding partners on this job. I've been a Lawes customer for about 40 years and I haven't got a single complaint. Their maintenance checks keep my oil burner in good shape. They removed my in-ground tank without a problem and they took care of all the paperwork. A few months ago they installed a mini-split air conditioning system and we couldn't be happier. If you are considering signing up with Lawes, I say yes, go for it.
