Extremely poor service and deplorable quality of caregivers. My husband who suffered from ALS reached out to Mary for live in care. We paid her upfront for the month, and out of the four caregivers she sent, only one was decent. She promised that the company had adequate caregiving options, but could not provide for in, which we were very upfront about needing.
