We have not had working water nor functional toilets in the building for 2 days and Law Property Management has done NOTHING about it. They do not respond to calls or emails with answers. When you call the emergency number, it says to text that number. When you text that number, you get an auto response that says "THIS PHONE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE." How terrible is this of a service.
Basement door has been broken for months allowing rodents/stray cats strangers and criminals easy access to our homes. This company has acknowledge that they know of this but refuse to fix it. They only care about section 8 money
Allows tenants to completely trash property doesn’t do anything but send email
Overcharged for everything stay away from these property management
Roaches!!!!!! I see they took my post down. I won’t stay quiet about this. BEWARE! Do NOT move here. If you do it’s at your own risk.
