I recently (3 months ago) left a raving Google review about the Willie D. Powells III and Associates and how they got me a great settlement. Was told it could take up to 90 days to settle the case and receive my settlement. They take forever to respond to emails once they have received funds from the insurance company. When you call, they are "unavailable" to take your call. I am regretting the decision to trust this law firm with my case. I will NEVER work with them again if this is how they do their clients!

This dude settled my claim a portion was supposed to go to Harris Country Child Support here it is a year after we settled and that payment was never received by Harris County Child Support and they threatening to put a lein on me for the amount they were supposed to receive. I am gonna have to report this to the State Bar Association.
