I don't recommend to hire this attorney at all. File trademark, than i find out that she provided incorrect email address to Trademark Office and it cost me almost 6 months of delay. On the other occasion got letter from Trademark office on different trademark which we filed and forwarded it to VERA CHERNOBYLSKY, but got following response: "I don't know what is it; if you need my help let me know" Pretty much attorney dosn't want to do anything for you unless you are paying her money.
