They say they will help, and they are the best, it's a lie. They dont even meet with you. Everything is done over the phone, and you quickly get pushed to one of his associates. They NEVER have any answers to any questions. Your better off representing yourself. Go elsewhere!!!!
I have been a homeless advocate in Dallas for 22 years. Tim Powers is now representing a homeless person I once assisted on the streets of Dallas. I have sent them emails trying to inform them of certain issues with this client that might be useful in defending them and to also understand my past involvement . My emails to them have always been very respectful and informative. But today they decided to block them. I find this VERY DISTURBING as I have never been blocked by anyone before this.
